Access

The nearest train station to Moncontour is Thouars, around 30 km away.


From Paris, you can take a train to Poitiers, then a regional train to Thouars. From there, it's best to rent a car or take a cab to Moncontour.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available just a few minutes' walk from the lodges.


From Poitiers (approx. 1 hour): Take the Rue de Bonneuil Matours, then follow the N147, the D347, the D18 and finally the D37 to Moncontour.

From Cholet (approx. 1h15): Take the N249 towards Bressuire, continue on the D725 to Moncontour.

From Tours (approx. 1h20): Follow the route via the D910 and D37 towards Moncontour.

Poitiers-Biard airport (approx. 1 hour's drive): served by national and European flights.

Tours Val de Loire airport (approx. 1h20 drive): also offers flights to several destinations.
